Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context explicitly requires otherwise. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a user of the b88fb platform accurately and without ambiguity.

References to "these Terms" or "this Agreement" encompass these Terms & Conditions together with b88fb's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any Bonus-specific terms published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between a Bonus-specific term and the general Terms & Conditions, the Bonus-specific term shall prevail with respect to that Bonus only.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of b88fb's Services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as an Account remains active.

To be eligible to use b88fb, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the Services.
• Be a resident of or located in Bangladesh, or a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino activity is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• Be registering and using the Account solely on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party, business, or syndicate.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of b88fb, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether initiated via b88fb's own responsible gaming tools or via any third-party responsible gambling organisation.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction in which use of the b88fb Services would be prohibited, restricted, or require a licence that b88fb does not hold.

b88fb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of the Account pending verification, and may result in permanent closure if documentation is not provided or does not satisfy b88fb's verification standards.

Account Registration & Verification

To access b88fb's full range of Services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following rules govern the registration and ongoing maintenance of your b88fb Account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile financial service (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket), and a unique password. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or any false information during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. b88fb will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must contact b88fb support immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

b88fb operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed, and at b88fb's discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of your registered payment method — a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your name and registered number.
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh — a utility bill, bank statement, or official letter issued within the preceding 90 days.
• A clear selfie photograph held alongside your government-issued photo ID, taken in good lighting.

All documents submitted must be authentic originals. Submission of falsified, edited, or fraudulently obtained documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

3.3 Account Security

b88fb strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account via the security settings page. b88fb shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their own credentials or has shared their login details with any third party.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

b88fb processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the major mobile financial services used by players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposit and withdrawal activity is subject to the rules set out in this section.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though b88fb may request additional verification for large single transactions.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your b88fb Account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the respective payment provider.
• You must only use a payment method that is registered in your own name and linked to your verified b88fb Account. Deposits from third-party payment methods will be refused and returned.
• b88fb does not charge fees for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own standard transaction charges — these are your responsibility to understand before depositing.
• Deposit funds are for gambling purposes only and must not be used for money laundering, structuring, or any other unlawful financial purpose.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method registered on your b88fb Account. b88fb will not send funds to a different number, wallet, or bank account than the one verified during KYC.
• Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within two hours during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held pending the provision of satisfactory documentation.
• b88fb reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than the player's typical activity pattern.
• Any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw such funds before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

b88fb offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general rules set out in this section. b88fb is committed to publishing bonus terms in plain, readable English so that every Player can make an informed decision before claiming an offer.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer a maximum of one time, unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount credited unless the specific offer states that both the deposit and bonus amount contribute to the requirement.
• b88fb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and in active wagering by a Player.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types or betting markets specified in the individual offer terms. Using a slots bonus on live casino tables, for example, may void the bonus if the offer terms restrict usage to slots only.
• Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus — whether by one individual or by coordinated groups — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible Account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be staked in eligible real-money bets before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place cumulative eligible bets totalling ৳20,000 before withdrawing any derived winnings. Wagering requirements for each offer are always stated clearly in the offer-specific terms at the time the offer is presented to you.

5.3 Withdrawal of Real Funds During Active Bonus Period

If you choose to withdraw your real money balance while a bonus is active and its wagering requirement has not been fulfilled, the outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal. The real money portion of your balance remains yours and will be processed as a normal withdrawal. b88fb will always clearly distinguish between real money balance and Bonus Funds balance in your Account dashboard.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on b88fb — whether on cricket markets, other sports, live casino tables, slots, or instant-win games — are subject to the rules in this section as well as any game-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. b88fb reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit the maximum stake, or void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of pricing error, data feed failure, or market manipulation.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to market suspension at any time during a match event. Bets confirmed and accepted before a market is suspended will stand. Bets placed during a suspension window — even if the interface temporarily appears to accept them — are void.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 36 hours of the scheduled start time, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless specific settlement rules for that market type state otherwise.
• b88fb's trading team decisions on bet settlement are final once a result has been confirmed. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised via live chat or email within 14 days of the settlement date.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet may vary by sport, event, market type, and Player account level. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing a wager.

6.2 Casino & Slots

• All casino games and slots on the b88fb platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently verified and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by b88fb or by Players.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or disconnection during play, b88fb's records of the game session constitute the authoritative record for settlement purposes. Incomplete game rounds caused by disconnection will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by b88fb's servers.
• b88fb is not responsible for losses incurred due to a Player's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power interruption. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before commencing any casino session.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and may differ by game provider and title.

6.3 Obvious Errors

Where it is clear that an error has occurred in the display of odds, game payouts, or bonus amounts — whether caused by a technical fault, data feed error, or human input mistake — b88fb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes situations where odds or payouts are materially different from market rates and a reasonable Player would have recognised the discrepancy. b88fb will notify affected Players as promptly as practicable in such circumstances.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

b88fb maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, abuse, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or disadvantages other Players or the Company. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

1. Money laundering or financial crime: Using b88fb to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to obscure their origin.
2. Account fraud: Registering multiple accounts, using another person's identity or payment details, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
3. Bonus abuse: Creating duplicate accounts to claim promotional bonuses more than once, using software or bots to meet wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional offers.
4. Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other Players, event participants, or third parties to influence the outcome of any sporting event or casino game on which bets are placed via b88fb.
5. Arbitrage and scalping: Systematically exploiting pricing inefficiencies across markets or between b88fb and other platforms in a manner that does not reflect genuine gambling activity.
6. Unauthorised software: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any tool designed to interact with the b88fb platform in a non-human manner without prior written authorisation from b88fb.
7. Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to b88fb's systems, servers, databases, or any other Player's Account, or interfering with the platform's normal operation in any way.
8. Abusive behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or directing abusive language toward b88fb staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.

b88fb employs advanced fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems. Accounts suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, b88fb will permanently close the Account, forfeit all Account balances including real money funds, and report the matter to the relevant financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh where legally required to do so.

Account Suspension & Closure

Both b88fb and the Player have the right to close an Account. The circumstances and procedures governing suspension and closure are set out below.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your b88fb Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any outstanding real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following a standard withdrawal review. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure if the associated wagering requirements have not been met.

If you are requesting Account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including because you feel gambling is having a negative impact on your financial wellbeing or personal life — b88fb's support team will process a self-exclusion instead of a simple closure where appropriate, to ensure you benefit from the strongest available safeguards. Responsible gaming closures are processed with priority and without delay.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by b88fb

b88fb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct rules in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after being notified of the requirement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime connected to the Account.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including being under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of duplicate Accounts registered to the same individual.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests initiated by the Player or their payment provider without first contacting b88fb to resolve the matter directly.
• A legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, b88fb will endeavour to complete its review within 30 business days and communicate its decision to the Account holder. Where a closure decision is taken following confirmed misconduct, affected real money balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any legal proceedings or AML investigations.

8.3 Complaints & Disputes

If you wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of b88fb's service, you should contact the support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. b88fb aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to provide a substantive resolution within 14 business days. All complaints must be submitted in English. b88fb's decision on complaints is final unless a Player is able to demonstrate a clear procedural or factual error in the decision.
